Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your country or region, but it usually takes about 5–10 days to arrive.

Can I receive my order in Japan?
We can deliver your order to your hotel during your visit to Japan. In this case, please set the region to Japan when placing your order and provide the hotel address and your stay dates separately. The packing size for one futon is 39×10 inches. If you prefer more compact packaging, we can compress the futon. However, please note that compression may reduce the thickness of the futon upon delivery.

Our company charges only for the product price and shipping fees; customs duties and import taxes are not included. Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon the arrival of your order. Can I change the address after placing an order?
If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can make changes as long as the item has not yet been shipped. However, please note that we cannot modify the address after the order has been dispatched.

Can I visit the factory?
As of 2025, factory visits are not available.

Can I return or exchange a product?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. For example, if the product arrives on April 1st, the deadline for contacting us would be April 7th. We regret that we cannot process requests made after the 7-day period. Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond via email within 2 business days. Please complete the return process within the timeframe specified in our email. Returns outside this timeframe cannot be accepted. When returning a product, it must be in its original condition and packaging as received. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required, so please ensure you keep these documents.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
